Scott is a partner at Battle Winslow concentrating in insolvency and bankruptcy law, where he has represented businesses, banks, individuals and Chapter 7 trustees in all aspects of bankruptcy matters pending under Chapters 7, 11 and 13 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. He maintains an active foreclosure, collections and construction law practice focusing on creditors’ rights. In addition, Scott serves as the County Attorney for Northampton County and has broad state court civil litigation experience.
