Super Lawyers Magazine again recognized two Battle Winslow partners, Marshall A. Gallop, Jr. and Joseph N. Callaway, as 2014 North Carolina Super Lawyers.  The magazine selects attorneys as Super Lawyers based on peer nominations, peer evaluations, and third party research.

 Gallop, who has been recognized as a Super Lawyer since 2006, practices in the area of healthcare.  He also has an active Alternative Dispute Resolution practice, and is frequently selected by his peers to serve as a mediator or arbitrator in their cases.

 Callaway has been recognized as a Super Lawyer since 2009 and is a Board Certified Specialist in Business and Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the North Carolina State Bar and the American Board of Certification.  He focuses his practice on Chapter 7 and 11 trustee representation and complex state and federal business litigation.  He also sits on the panel of Chapter 7 trustees for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.
