Arianna H. Pearson

Arianna is an associate at Battle Winslow, who currently supports the firm’s family law and civil litigation practices.  

Arianna grew up in Kitty Hawk on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Arianna graduated magna cum laude from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 2018, with a degree in Political Science. After graduation, Arianna worked in a small workers’ compensation and personal injury law firm in Wilmington before continuing her education at the University of North Carolina School of Law. She graduated from Carolina in 2023. While there, she was the Notes Editor for the North Carolina Journal of Law and Technology (JOLT) and a member of the Carolina Intellectual Property Association and Women in Law. She also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Jefferson Griffin of the North Carolina Court of Appeals. Outside of the office, Arianna enjoys going home to the beach, hot yoga, being a “dog mom” to her pup, Maya, and spending time with her family and friends. Go Heels!
