News & Resources Gaynor elected President of the Seventh Judicial District Bar

Mike Gaynor, a Real Estate, Business and Estates attorney with Battle, Winslow, Scott & Wiley was recently elected as the President of the Seventh Judicial District Bar at their Annual Meeting in Tarboro.
“I am humbled to have been elected to serve in this capacity” said Gaynor. “We have so many attorneys who give so much to meet the legal needs of the citizens in the district each day. Additionally, our attorneys are not only active in the legal profession, but also volunteer in their communities to make the Seventh Judicial District a better place to live. It is truly my pleasure to serve as the president of this bar,” he added.
The Seventh Judicial District is one of 50 Districts across North Carolina. It encompasses Nash, Edgecombe and Wilson counties. Gaynor will work as a liaison between The Seventh Judicial District and the North Carolina State Bar, which is responsible for regulating attorneys in North Carolina.
